Carissa Seidl leads the Package Your Deal team that capitalizes on her diverse background that began with honors graduate and post-graduate work in the Time and Interactivity division of the University of Minnesota - Minneapolis Fine Arts Department. Since that time, Carissa has worked with hundreds of clients, ranging from technology, biotech, nutraceuticals, finance, real estate development and various product manufacturers to help drive sales through online and traditional marketing strategies. Prior to starting her own practice, Carissa Seidl worked for one of the world’s leading hedge fund and managed futures specialists, Man Financial and held a position as Creative Director for a Southern California Real Estate Developer.
Because of Carissa’s diverse background includes being an entrepreneur, marketer and digital artist, her skills allow her to take on all business roles in a typical start-up and corporate environment. Carissa believes that her positive attitude is a key element of success and enjoys the challenge of taking on new projects that may be outside of her area of specialization, knowing that she can succeed at anything.
Carissa’s strengths in regards to marketing and advertising include concept development, online marketing strategy, lead generation, copywriting and promotional strategies. Her track record of taking start-up companies to the next level is impressive. Although her primary skills are in marketing, Carissa also has experience in investor relations, operations, accounting, business development, public speaking, corporate and academic training and sales.
Carissa Seidl was born in Central Wisconsin and has carried the strong work ethic ingrained from her family and has applied it to her own business in Southern California. She truly enjoys helping companies grow, and gains satisfaction from seeing the clients she works for succeed and expand year to year.
Carissa currently lives in a small beach town in San Diego with her Chihuahua Skoshi. She never thought she’d be a small dog type of person, after all, she was used to having a German Shepherd that was over 100lbs! However, the Chihuahua is very friendly, entertaining and can be taken virtually anywhere!
While Carissa is not working to increase leads and enhance image for her clients, she enjoys surfing, fine dining, researching technology and supporting the local spas.
